Austin man sentenced to prison time in Mower County District Court on felony criminal sexual conduct charges
An Austin man sentenced to supervised probation in Mower County District Court for a pair of felony criminal sexual conduct charges from August to September of 2018 has now been sentenced to prison time.
24-year-old Ethan Greeley Dulitz was convicted and sentenced Thursday to two years in prison for a felony charge of predatory offender knowingly commits act or fails to fulfill a registration act. Dulitz was given credit for 10 days already served, and Judge Natalie Martinez determined that Dulitz will be subject to 99 years of conditional release after confinement.
In an amended court decision Thursday, Dulitz was also sentenced to prison terms of 36 and 48 months, respectively for two felony charges of 3rd degree criminal sexual conduct, victim 13-15 years of age, actor more than 24 months older. Dulitz had been serving 15 years of supervised probation each for the two felony charges after being originally convicted in December of 2019 for two instances of having sex with girls 14 and 15, respectively, from August 1st to September 30th of 2018. Dulitz will be subject to 99 years of conditional release after confinement, and Judge Martinez determined that Dulitz will be allowed to serve all three sentences concurrently.
