The Austin Packers volleyball team traveled to the Rochester Century Invitational Saturday, and the Packers went 0-3 in pool play as they fell to the host Panthers 25-10 and 25-9, also to Chatfield by scores of 25-18 and 25-15,  and to Rochester John Marshall in their third match of the day 25-18 and 25-22.
Quinn Osgood helped to lead the way for the Packers offensively Saturday with seven kills, plus she also provided 15 digs, two set assists and two ace serves, Aggie McKichan also tallied seven kills, Isabella Bolster chipped in six kills, seven digs defensively, three ace blocks and one ace serve, Katherine Crouch tallied five kills, 15 digs and one ace serve, Alia Retterath totaled three kills, five digs and 14 set assists Saturday, Ava Denzer put down two kills, Nora Sand also tallied a pair of kills, plus she led the Packers in ace blocks with four, Haleigh Holman totaled one kill, one dig and two ace serves and 13 set assists, and Kristen Neilsen led Austin in set assists Saturday with 24, plus she also tallied one kill and two ace serves.
The Packers are now 1-3 on the young season, and Austin returns to action Tuesday for their home opener versus Lewiston-Altura Tuesday evening, with the varsity action getting underway at Packer Gym at 7:15 p.m.
