Austin Police Seek Suspect In Hit And Run Of 3-Year-Old

Austin police say a 3-year-old boy sustained serious injuries after a hit-and-run on Saturday night. Authorities are seeking the public’s help in finding the vehicle and suspect involved.

The vehicle is believed to be a dark colored SUV which may have damage to the front right passenger side near the headlight.

The incident occurred at about 10 PM Saturday night near the intersection of 1st St. and 3rd Ave SW.

Residents in the area are asked to check their security video systems from that time and preserve the video.
