Maybe you’re still celebrating 2021 and maybe you have a major hangover.

Here are some foods to help you get back on your feet:

  1. Fiber-rich foods like Oatmeal or tropical fruits help your digestive system process all that alcohol – preferably alongside a high-protein food like eggs or nuts.
  2. Leafy greens like spinach have loads of potassium that helps restore electrolytes, while tomatoes have anti-inflammatory properties that help the liver.
  3. Finally, some ginger tea with honey can help with that hangover stomachache.

I would have never guessed any of these. I’d say a greasy fast-food breakfast and Pedialyte are my go-to. If you’re a drinker, what is YOURS?
