In case you missed this, Blake Shelton recorded an update explaining why some fans can NOT get refunds to the Friends & Heroes 2020 Tour that he canceled because of COVID-19.
It’s complicated but it really comes down to how you purchased your ticket. If you got it through a third-party vendor, you may get a credit, unless they’re out of business. You have a better refund chance if you bought them through Ticketmaster.
