The Blooming Prairie Awesome Blossoms girls basketball traveled to Medford for their last regular-season road game Monday evening versus the Tigers in the Gopher Conference, and the Blossoms led 31-4 at the half on their way to a 56-19 victory.

The Blossoms had three players score in double figures Monday evening, led by Claire Schwarz, who drained three of BP’s five 3-pointers on her way to 17 points, Shawntee Snyder totaled 12 points, Addison Doocy was also in double figures in scoring with 10 points, Macy Lembke swished two 3-pointers in totaling eight points, Caitlyn Stangl scored four points, Hailey Schumacher and Sienna Fyksen both tallied two points apiece, and Catelyn Bartlett scored one point in the lopsided win.

With the win, the Blossoms are 15- 8 overall on the season and 9-6 in the Gopher Conference, and Blooming Prairie will start a regular season-ending two game homestand this (Tuesday) evening versus Southland in a non-conference matchup, with tip-off at 7:15 p.m.
