Bruins to host St. Patrick’s Day and Pacelli night promotions this week
The Austin Bruins are no strangers to promotional nights which encourage fan involvement and during their home games on March 13 and March 16, that tradition will continue.
With the Minnesota Wilderness visiting Riverside Arena on Wednesday, March 13, the Bruins will be hosting their St. Patrick’s Day Celebration. The in-arena atmosphere will be filled with Irish themed music, green decorations, and the team is encouraging fans to dress in all green and help bring the energy as the Bruins make their Robertson Cup playoff push.
On Saturday, March 16, the Bruins will host their annual Pacelli Night with a match-up against the Brookings Blizzard. Mascot Bruiser will be donning a special green-shamrock jersey which will be up for auction after the game. Proceeds from the auction will be donated to the Pacelli Schools in Austin, MN. Along with the jersey auction, Pacelli Schools and the Bruins have offered a special ticket package. Included in the Pacelli Pack is one (1) ticket to Saturday’s game, one (1) ticket to the Bruins game on April 4 versus the Bismarck Bobcats, and a special Bruins/Pacelli T-Shirt made courtesy of Games People Play, Papa Murphy’s, Reichel Foods, and Ameriprise Financial. The pack sells for $25 with $15 being donated directly to Pacelli Schools. To purchase a Pacelli Pack, visit the school during normal business hours or speak with a Pacelli representative at Wednesday’s Bruins game where the school will be selling packages on-site.
Doors open for both games at 6:00 P.M. with a puck drop scheduled at 7:05 P.M. Aside from the Pacelli Pack which can only be obtained through Pacelli Schools, all individual tickets can be had at discounted prices from any the Bruins vendors including Games People Play, Hy-Vee, Holiday Inn, and Jim’s Marketplace.
