Health Officials: Coronavirus Can be Spread through Money

As if people aren’t freaked out enough over the coronavirus, the World Health Organization has issued a warning that indicates it’s a lot easier to catch than previously thought.
Officials with the organization say the virus can infect cash bills, where it can remain active for several days. Some health officials believe the coronavirus can survive outside a human host as long as nine days.
To avoid contracting the virus, health officials are urging people to wash their hands regularly — especially after handling money. How often do you wash your hands?
