Felony charges of 1st degree drugs, possession of 50 or more grams of methamphetamine, 1st degree drugs, possession of 50 or more grams of cocaine or methamphetamine, and for DWI, operating a motor vehicle with the body containing any amount of Schedule I or II drugs, plus a gross misdemeanor charge for driving after cancellation, inimical to public safety were all dismissed in September of 2020 after Merchlewitz’s initial guilty plea.
