Husband, wife arrested for drunk driving on the same night (in the same car)

A Wisconsin man was arrested for drunk driving early Sunday morning.

His wife was also in the car. While he was being arrested, his wife decided she wanted to leave.

She jumped in the driver’s seat, drove away and promptly crashed into a utility pole.

Police say that she’d been drinking too, and was over the legal limit.

They’re both facing separate charges for operating while intoxicated.
