Man Robs Sandwich Shops But Not Without Confusion First

A 20-year-old man in Chicago robbed two Subway restaurants recently.

Apparently, the first attempt went smoothly but the second one did not.

He demanded, quote, “all the bread”. Naturally, the cashier asked him to clarify what kind of “bread” he wanted. Eventually the cashier gave him the cash from the register because the thief made a gesture like he had a gun.

Come to think of it, it’d be tough to rob a sandwich shop with phrases like “get that bread” and “make some chedda'” floating around. The cashiers probably wondered, “Does he mean that literally or is he trying to take our money?”

The police caught him and arrested him about 35 minutes later.
