NASCAR Crew Chiefs Suspended For Not Tightening Their Nuts

Two NASCAR crew chiefs have been suspended over loose nuts.
Following Sunday’s Southern 500, Crew chiefs for Kyle Busch and Clint Bowyer were each handed a 1-game suspension. Their cars had two lug nuts that were “not safe and secure” during a post race inspection.
Southern 500 winner Kevin Harvick was also handed a $10,000 fine for having one unsecured lug nut.
