Overby Orthodontics Prep Athlete of the Week named!

Congratulations to this week’s KAUS Overby Orthodontics Prep Athlete of the Week, Sam Nelsen of the Lyle/Pacelli Athletics baseball team!

Nelsen, a senior outfielder played a large role in a pair of wins for the Athletics this week, as he was 2 for 5 with a double, a triple and five RBI’s in a 13-6 win Monday at Martin Luther/GHECT, and he was 3 for 5 with three RBI”s and three runs scored in a 17-1, five-inning win over Spring Grove Tuesday.  Nelsen has been an integral part of an Athletic team that is now 11-1 overall on the season, and ranked No.5 in the latest Class A top 10 poll.
