Overby Orthodontics Prep Athletes of the Week named!

Congratulations to this week’s KAUS Overby Orthodontics Prep Athletes of the Week who competed at the State Class A Golf Meet at Pebble Creek Golf Course in Becker this week!

In the boys individual meet, Southland senior Max Schmitz carded an 80 on day one of the tournament and a 78 on day two for a two day total of 158, which was good for 19th place overall.  In the girls individual meet, three seniors from Blooming Prairie took part in the competition and Jessica Ressler shot an 89 on day one and 93 Wednesday for a total of 182, which was good for 10th place overall.  Hallie Strunk finished in 22nd place for the Blossoms with a two-day total of 187, and Maggie Bruns carded a two-day total of 224, good for 71st place overall.
