Rochester man sentenced to prison time on felony drug sale charge in Mower County District Court

A Rochester man who pleaded guilty to a felony drug sale charge in Mower County District Court stemming from an incident in Austin that took place on April 13th, 2022 has been sentenced to prison time.  

34-year-old Arsenio Broderick Hanson was convicted and sentenced Thursday to 111 months, or just over nine years in prison for a felony charge of 2nd degree drugs, sale of 10 grams or more of a narcotic other than heroin within a 90-day period.  Hanson first pleaded guilty to the charge on May 19th of this year.
