Savlation Army in Austin in need of bellringers during home stretch of Red Kettle Campaign

The Salvation Army is in need of bell ringers as we head into the final stretch of the Red Kettle Campaign. Spokesman Dan Furry:

The Salvation Army chapter in Austin is in need of bellringers, and red kettle locations around Austin to ring bells at include the Hobby Lobby, Hy-Vee, Wal-Mart, Sterling Main Street, Jim’s Marketplace and Runnings. You can register to ring bells by going to registertoring.com, and you can also stop into the Salvation Army location in Austin at 409 1st Ave. NE, or you can call their office at (507) 437-4566. The Salvation Army reports a spike in the need for their services as inflation sparked a rise in gas prices, rent prices, and the cost of food.
