St. Paul man sentenced to jail time, supervised probation on felony violating no-contact order charge in Mower County District Court

A St. Paul  man who pleaded guilty to a felony charge for violating a no-contact order in Mower County District Court for an incident that took place in Austin in October of 2021 has been sentenced to jail time and supervised probation.

23-year old Austin Michael Navarro was sentenced Thursday to 91 days in jail and three years of supervised probation for a felony charge of violating a no-contact order within the first of two or more convictions.  A 21-month prison sentence was stayed for three years if Navarro complies with the terms of his probation, and he was given credit for 91 days already served.

Navarro first pleaded guilty to the charge on December 13th, 2021, and he was convicted the same day.
