Watch the new trailer for “The Matrix Resurrections”

HBO Max has released the second trailer for the new “Matrix” sequel, which will be the fourth film in the series.
The film’s star Keanu Reeves returns (of course), but Laurence Fishburne had previously revealed he does not return as Morpheus.
The most recent Matrix movies were released in 2003, following the blockbuster success of the original in 1999.
“The Matrix Resurrections” will be released in theaters and on HBO Max on Dec. 22.
