Austin man sentenced to jail time, supervised probation, fines and fees for felony criminal sexual conduct charge in Mower County District Court

An Austin man facing a felony criminal sexual conduct charge in Mower County District Court stemming from an incident that took place on May 10th, 2020 has been sentenced to jail time, supervised probation, plus fines and fees in Mower County District Court.

30-year-old Bruce Green, who is currently being held in the Mower County jail, was convicted and sentenced Wednesday to 85 days in jail, 10 years of supervised probation and $585 in fines and fees for a felony charge of 3rd degree criminal sexual conduct, victim impaired, incapacitated or helpless.  A 140-month prison sentence was stayed for 10 years if Green complies with the 23 different conditions of his probation, and he was given credit for 85 days already served.

Green pleaded guilty to the charge on January 6th of this year.
