An Austin woman was injured in a two-vehicle accident at the intersection of U.S. Highway 218 and 320th Street in Mower County early Monday morning.

The Minnesota State Patrol reported that a 2018 Ford F-150 pickup being driven by 53-year old Wade Donald Schwinefus of Spring Valley was northbound on Highway 218 and attempting to turn left onto 320th St. at approximately 7:06 a.m. Monday morning when his vehicle was struck by a 2014 Honda CRV being driven by 30-year old Kayla Lynn Rodgers of Austin, who was also northbound on Highway 218 at the time of the collision.
