Glenville woman injured in one-vehicle accident on Interstate 35 in Steele County Monday morning

A Glenville woman was injured in a one-vehicle, rollover-type accident on Interstate 35 in Steele County Monday morning.

The Minnesota State Patrol reported that a 2017 Dodge Journey being driven by 37-year old Jacinda Irene Gardner of Glenville was northbound on Interstate 35 at approximately 7:44 a.m. Monday morning when she lost control of the vehicle and rolled into the right ditch at milepost 46 in Owatonna.

Gardner sustained non-life threatening injuries in the accident, and she was transported to Owatonna Hospital for treatment.  The State Patrol reported that road conditions were wet at the time of the accident, and they added that Gardner was wearing her seatbelt.  The Steele County Sheriff’s Office assisted the State Patrol at the accident scene Monday morning.
