A Hayfield man who sold .22 grams of methamphetamine to a confidential informant in Austin on September 4th, 2019 has been sentenced to supervised probation in Mower County District Court.

In an amended court decision, 30-year old Brian James Cook Hollenbach was sentenced Tuesday to five years of supervised probation for a felony charge of 3rd degree drugs, sale of a narcotic.  A 27-month prison sentence was stayed for five years if Hollenbach complies with the 17 different conditions of his probation, and he was convicted on the charge on April 19th, 2021 after pleading guilty the same day.
