Kansas Driver Wearing Beer Can Costume Arrested For DUI

Bloodshot or watery eyes, slurred speech, the smell of booze on breath can indicate someone is drunk when pulled over by police. Another dead giveaway is throwing a BEER CAN COSTUME into the equation.

On Cinco de Mayo, a deputy in Kansas pulled over a car that seemed to be driving erratically. Once the deputy walked up to the driver, he saw that the guy was wearing a full-body Bud Light can costume.

In case you were wondering, yes… the driver failed a field sobriety test.
