Level 3 Predatory Offender to move to Austin in mid-September

The Austin Police Department has announced that a Level 3 Predatory Offender will be moving to Austin in mid-September.
Chief of Police Dave McKichan reported in a news release that Christopher Michael Loving will be released on September 13th, and he added that Loving will be residing in the vicinity of the 700 block of 8th St. NE.
Chief McKichan stated that the Austin Police Department is releasing this information to the community pursuant to Minnesota statute regarding a Risk Level 3 predatory offender. Loving has a history of sexual contact and contact with known and unknown female children.
Loving is not wanted by police at this time.
