Man Tries Switching Places With His Dog To Avoid DUI

A 28-year-old male driver in Colorado tried to switch places with his dog who was in the passenger seat when pulled over on suspicion of DUI.
It probably didn’t help that the deputy actually witnessed this maneuver mid-switch.
The man tried to tell the cop he wasn’t driving the car and — shocker — made a run for it. He got about 20 yards away before being caught and arrested.
The strangest thing about this whole ordeal is there were two SOBER PEOPLE in the backseat.
