Overby Orthodontics Prep Athlete of the Week named!

Congratulations to this week’s KAUS Overby Orthodontics Prep Athlete of the Week, Lexy Foster of the Grand Meadow Superlarks girls basketball team!

Foster, a senior forward for the Superlarks who led the club in scoring average per game coming into the Section 1A tournament at 14.3 has stepped up her game even further in the tournament, as she tallied 23 point and nine rebounds in a 60-29 win over Schaeffer Academy in the first round.  Foster followed up that performance with 27 points in a 63-30 win over Faribault Bethlehem Academy in the tournament quarterfinals, and she led the team yet again in scoring with 16 points, eight in each half in a 44-36 win over Randolph in the section semifinals last Saturday in Rochester.
