Overby Orthodontics Prep Athlete of the Week named!

Congratulations to this week’s KAUS Overby Orthodontics Prep Athlete of the Week, Aggie McKichan of the Austin Packers volleyball team!

McKichan, a senior right hitter who is among the team leader in kills and blocks for the Packers compiled six  kills, three digs and two blocks in a recent win over rival Albert Lea, and she then tallied 16 kills, 15 digs and four blocks at the Jackson County Central Invitational last Saturday where the Packers went 2-2 for the day.  McKichan stepped to the fore again for Austin in a win over Faribault Thursday night as she led the squad in kills with six, plus she added one block in a 3-0 Packer sweep.  McKichan is one of the many reasons a much-improved Packer squad is now 10-9 overall on the season, and 2-2 in the Big 9 Conference.
