Overby Orthodontics Prep Athletes of the Week named!

Congratulations to this week’s KAUS Overby Orthodontics Prep Athletes of the Week, Alayna Kennedy and Reese Norton of the Austin Packers girls swimming and diving team!

Kennedy and Norton, both juniors who qualified for the State Class A Swimming and Diving Meet last season as sophomores in the 1-meter diving competition have been dominating in meets so far this season for the Packers, as in a recent Big 9 Conference meet with Red Wing, Kennedy was first with 229.60 points, and Norton was second with a score of 198.5, and in an Austin win over Faribault Thursday evening, the duo dominated again, as Kennedy took first with a final score of 253.45,and Norton was second with a score of 203.80, with the next closest diver from Faribault a distant third with 182 points.
