Albert Lea man senenced to supervised probation, community work service for felony drug sale charge in Mower County District Court

An Albert Lea man who sold a total of 8.87 grams of heroin to a confidential informant at a residence in Austin on May 13th, 2021 has been sentenced to supervised probation and community work service in Mower County District Court.  

60-year old Rondal Darin Reliford was convicted and sentenced Thursday to four years of supervised probation and 100 hours of community work service for a felony charge of 3rd degree drugs, sale of a narcotic.  A 27-month prison sentence was stayed for four years if Reilford complies with the terms of his probation, and he first pleaded guilty to the charge on February 14th.  

Reilford was initially charged with a felony for 2nd degree drugs, sale of three grams or more of heroin.
