Sometimes writing a hit song can take decades, sometimes it happens in a few minutes.
Carly Pearce posted the ‘work tape’ recording of her latest single, “What He Didn’t Do”.
“I called my mom when I left the write to read her the lyrics because I knew this one was special. Wanted to share it with y’all,” Carly posted.
The song ended up being the third single from Carly’s 2021 album: 29: Written in Stone.
It’s her fifth Top 20 single to date.
