Woman arrested for assaulting her husband when he failed to say she was pretty

A 20-year-old woman named Lizeth Guadalupe Ramirez in Laredo, Texas was driving in the car with her husband on Tuesday night and she asked him if she looked pretty.
He didn’t respond.
He says it was because he didn’t hear her, which might be true, but it wasn’t enough to stop her from immediately going into rage mode.
She started hitting him while they drove home, then kept going after him once they got there. When a relative tried to separate them, Lizeth hit him, too.
She was arrested for two counts of assault.
